Do the Powerpuff Girls have feet? On the cartoon series all they seem to have are stumps, or something. No fingers, no toes... wierd.
 
They don't really have anything at the ends of their appendages, that's what was so difficult about doing that pic (and the Bubbles one). I just went with the "ticklish stubs" idea.
