Blue Bonnet Ice Cream-Opinions?

Hopefully this thread will be a lot less controversial than my last one..

I was just wondering if any forum members have tasted Blue Bonnet Ice Cream, and if so what the opinions are of it? I usually eat Key Food Ice Cream, but wanted to try something different. Also, the market is having a 2 for 1 sale on Blue Bonnet, and I was curious to know if buying some was worth it, lol. Thanks.

I have heard of Blue Bunny ice cream never heard of Blue Bonnet. Maybe its only available on the East Coast.

kurch, I think the name you have is correct. I think it is Blue Bunny, sorry. I believe Blue Bonnet, was, or is, a type of margarine. Duh on me. Thanks for correcting me.

No problem my friend and you are most welcome 🙂 I hear Blue Bunny is pretty good though I have not tried it myself. The "Ace Of Cakes" guy actually has made a few flavors for them. 🙂

Blue Bell ice cream is widely marketed in the south...I prefer it to Blue Bunny.

I LOVE Blue Bell... "Still a 1/2 Gal." --- 64 oz of ice cream, not the 1.75 quart size you find in other brands...

E I've not heard of Blue Bell. The furthest south I've lived is PA near the MD line.

I've heard of Blue Bell and Blue Bunny; Blue Bell is a southern ice cream I only wish could be sold here! Haven't tried Blue Bunny yet, but if they have a sale I'm on it! I love ice cream; as long as there are no bananas or walnuts involved. My dream job could be an ice cream taste tester!
