This is the closest thing to a tickling picture that I recall seeing R. Crumb do. It's from his sketchbook series, Volume 1, 1964-65. He's done some deliciously pervy stuff over the years, especially in the period shortly following the period covered by this collection but this is the closest I've ever seen him come to doing a tickle pic.
The artist-weasel (a comment upon the art world?) is painting designs all over the body of a nude cat-girl, who appears to regard her ordeal almost as a test of character, as her stoic expression would indicate. The bevy of onlookers seem to be watching in awe (or waiting their turn like the bunny-gal at the head of the line).
