Neutron, it all depends on what you're looking for in a bondage video. I gather from your post that you're more interested in good bondage than tickling in these. This is good, as there's one rule of thumb I've had about BDSM videos...the better the bondage, the less chance for any tickling. Of late, there have been a few producers crossing the two, something I really hope continues to evolve.
As EQ noted, ZFX is good if you like hard-core bondage. I saw one Dan Hawks film at a friend's house (can't remember the title right now, I'll get back to you once I do), and it wasn't that bad. Not much more than a lot of struggling, but good bondage. Just to prove my point about bondage vs. tickling in these, I saw one where a girl was tied down stretched on a table. She had an elastic-type cord running from each big toe to a clip on her corresponding nipple (something I like to do 😀 ). Her feet were arched back, and if she bent them forward, it would pull on the nipple-clips. Now if this wasn't an invitation for some foot-tickling, I don't know what was. Alas, none to be found. Very frustrating.
I'm also a big fan of Jay Edwards, and he had a few tickling scenes in some of his videos. He never really advertises this aspect in his promos, though, so it's kind of hit-and-miss.
One guy who did some decent bondage and had a tickling streak was E.Z. Ryder. Most of his "Welcome to Bondage...(insert model's name here)" films have a fairly good scene or two, and some of them have a lot. You can find his films on B&D Pleasures or HOM's reference sites. Again, there's little description to them, so you have to take your chances.
A lot of folks have commented on how bad the tickling films were from Harmony and CalStar (although both do have a couple of good ones), but I have to say that their straight-bondage ones were fairly decent, if you like struggling, spanking and things of this ilk.
