Bonus Last Laugh Beta clip and pics at TickleTown

As many already know, I've released my second video, Last Laugh Beta, about a month ago, along with the main sample clip. This month TickleTown (www.tickletown.com) has a small feature about LLB. It has a review by DVNC, a dozen pictures not seen on my website (and somewhat larger than my website pics), as well as a couple of bonus clips.

The first bonus clip is simply a few more snippets from the video, adding to the samples of the main clip. The second clip is close to 2 minutes of "behind-the-scenes" material, short non-tickling scenes that weren't included in the video, like a few foot scenes, Caro icing Lisa's back and neck during a break, as well as a bit of goofing off from the models.

So? What if someone has been thinking about becoming a member, happens to like my work, and the fact that some of my material is on TickleTown contributes to making him take the plunge and become a member? I owe much to TickleTown for giving me more exposure. I think it's only fair to direct potentially interested people to that site. It seems to me that posting about the content of a pay site is a natural way to promote it and to encourage people to join. It may not be my own site, but I support it, and part of my work is there. I'm sorry you don't see it that way, but it makes perfect sense to me.

Way to many pay sites

I agree with you to a point but, if someone joined all the pay sites people wanted them to join, they would need to be a bloody millionaire. There is Fem-Feet, French Tickling, That Magic Touch pay site, Harmony Concepts, Tickling Paradise, Extreme Tickling, and last but not least Tickle Town. I could give you WAY more if I thought about it. That was just off the top of my head. I remember when it used to be just about a love of tickling. People would make a site because they had a passion for it. Now that people see they can make a quick buck, it's become so commercial and everyone is greedily holding out their little hands. Yes, I know someone is going to argue about the fact it costs money to make a site and have bandwith, and people need to recover their costs. Then I'll have to argue back saying that most sites charge WAY WAY more for their service then it costs them to operate it. Thats an argument I don't need. All im saying is with how commercial the community has gotten lately, and with everyone selling out becomming pay sites and greedily holding out there hands, people shoudn't be shocked that more people are starting to complain that they can't afford to join all these sites.

You're entitled to your opinion, Jeffy. But I think that if those sites weren't pay sites there would be a lot less quality tickling material out there. I may be wrong, but I don't think you quite realize how expensive it is to run sites like that. They couldn't make it for very long without receiving some form of money compensation. They'd have to close down, and then I doubt the community would be much happier than before.

I don't think it's fair to say that their sites should be free. If they want to make them free, then fine, it's their decision. But they put a lot of time, work and money into the stuff they offer. Offering material that pleases the community is great, but it shouldn't be at the expense of the people who go to the trouble of producing it. They don't owe anyone anything.

I believe many of them don't do it just "to make a quick buck", as you say. Some are genuinely passionate about their work and are very happy when people can appreciate it. But they shouldn't have to sacrifice themselves for it. If someone wants more free material, they're free to produce their own. I know perfectly well that it's easier said than done. That's why some people deserve compensation for the great work they do.

You don't have to become a member of all those sites, you know. Of course it would cost a fortune to be a member of all of them. That's why you have to be selective. Just choose those few you like best, or maybe even just your favorite one.

I don't understand why this thread went into this direction. I only posted about my material on TickleTown so that potentially interested people might consider taking a look. It's not like I'm forcing people to become members. And I don't recall my original message being about pay sites. If my posts here continue to encourage unrelated comments and complaints, I might as well stop posting altogether, I guess. Oh well.

Wouldn't this message thread fit better in the TickleTown category.

That way people who are interested in joining TickleTown could see what the site has to offer.

There is a good point to be made that TicklingParadise.com or FemFeet.com, etc could let everyone know that their weekly update is in their pay section.


TickleTown seems to inspire a lot of hate with some members.

Hmm, you know, as silly as this may seem, I hadn't even noticed that there was a special TickleTown category, or even an MTP one for that matter. I just tend to overlook some sections of the TMF. There are so many categories.

Anyway, sorry about that, I would indeed have posted there had I known. I'll do so next time.

Of course, there's the fact that I'm not actually posting about TickleTown but rather about my own stuff (which just happens to be hosted by TickleTown), but whatever.

I believe this post shouldnt be in the clips section cause its clips donated by members of the comunity. That's kind of like a sales plug there so, that should have been in like the one person said, tickletown section or i suggest the links/updates section. Thats my oppinion for future reference. No need to jump all over the guy for making quality videos, he just posted in the wrong section, give him a break, jeeze!

At first I thought that my post fitted just fine here because it concerns a couple of new samples clips for my video. It was also a way to provide more context, explain the clips, as TickleTown doesn't have such an explanation (something I should probably provide them with next time). But I'm fine with posting to the TickleTown forum next time I have a new clip hosted there, if people feel this is not the place.

However, I see no reason not to continue posting annoucements for the main sample clips, since one can download them for free either from here through a link or from my website (or from www.extremetickling.com if one happens to be a member). It seems to me that this is the logical place for such clips.

I didn't notice there was a tickletown forum either until just recently.

That's an interesting idea, but to be honest I don't think I'm up to it. The Last Laugh is really just a side project for me, and I can't put too much time and effort into it (it already takes a lot as it is). Also, considering how hard it is for me to find decent models, it would be impossible to produce new material often enough and regularly enough to justify a members' section. After all, it took me 5-6 months to release LLB after LLA. Future videos should become available somewhat more often than that, but even then, I'm never sure when I'll be lucky enough to do a commercial session. So I'm sorry to say it won't be possible. But I thank you for offering your help.
