ya know that is the exact same thing I adore about a girls toe is when it has that little bump before the joint. I always think of it as plump factor, but it is very appealing to me

Ya, I think it has to do with the fact that the "bumps" make the toes look really curvaceous. Curves are sexy, which is why high arches are appealing. Anything that adds more curves to the foot is just irresistible...
