Well I figured if I was going to finally de-lurk, it might as well be with a quick (but true) story!
This afternoon I was at my in-laws, and my wife's sister was commenting on (of all things) the socks I was wearing. (Don't ask me how we got there... silly conversations!) They were short sport socks, and she was interested in where she could buy 'em.
In any event, I wasn't sure what the name was so I pulled off my sneaker and stuck my foot in her face so she could see the name (she was sitting on the floor). She's holding my ankle, and I am precariously balanced on one foot.
"There's no name on these, but how long can you keep your balance like that?" She asks.
"Probably a while..." I reply, innocently.
"What about if I was TICKLING YOUR FOOT?" she shouts... and proceeds to attack my sole, scrabbling her fingers across my arch!
Now she knows I am very ticklish to begin with, so I am dead from the start. The problem is that I do not want to take out half the room... the best I can do is hop about until she lets go. After a few seconds, she stops & escapes before I can get revenge.
As I said... short, but sweet!
