There's an Avengers episode where Steed tickles Mrs. Peel's foot (very briefly) with a feather. It's mentioned in many mainstream tickling lists, including the one posted by topoth in the Mainstream section of the TMF.

(I should also note that there have also long been rumors about a later scene where Tara King is either tickle-tortured or takes the Chinese Water Torture on her feet -- but all through the years, no one has EVER proven this scene exists. She does interrogate a male goon by using a feather duster on his feet in one episode, though.)

Personaly...

My choice would have been Tara King, I feel she was greatly underrated by the fans of The Avengers. She was beautiful and well indowed. She didn't have the angle fave of Mrs Peel, but she was still stunning in my opinion. I voted for Peel because I don't think she was tickled good enuff in the FEAR MERCHANTS.

Emma Peel was a fictional character in "The Avengers," a British television show of the 1960's, played by Diana Rigg, then in her 20's. In one episode, her bare foot was tickled by John Steed with a feather. She often wore leather, cat suits, or other fetish gear in the show, which was a spoof of spy thrillers.
