In case it hasn't been mentioned, nothing happened. Howard asked to see her feet which you could barely see witht he camera angle provided (it aired Friday Night). Then she discussed that she likes feet, including her own, and asked to see Howard's and asked if Robin had a foot fetish (she didn't answer). He asked the usual sex/kinky questions but tickling was never metioned.
