I see that you tried to draw her left hand (right for the viewer) upwards first. It could have been a nice effect to sort of keep those lines as well in addition to what her hand looks like now... would make her sort of 'wave the hand' in a reflex to the tickling. Just an idea that came up. 😉

I actually wanted to do that with the piece 'Guess who wouldn't smile'. There was supposed to be a cotton swab thing on Rukia's foot (the kitten on the left) and it was supposed to look like it was being dragged up and down her foot, but it didn't look right so I changed it to a feather.
