Found this video on my hard drive: I'd completely forgotten about it. Anyway, some gothic girl with bright red hair is introduced to tickling. Unlike some videos, though, she's eventually strapped down and tickled to the point where her brain literally shuts down. I'll warn you all right now: she swears like a sailor. I couldn't even count all the times she dropped an F-bomb in this clip.
Also, the guy tickling her is sadistic, and I'm not kidding. Once he has her tickled down, he refuses to stop despite her pleas (normally something amusing). However, he tickles her until she actually cries, and not from laughter. She actually sounds genuinely upset, and he continually curses and orders her to 'let it out', which she eventually does. He does, ultimately release her.

Personally, I prefer the realism of these type of vids to the now almost mainstream pop vids that producers are putting out--with highly paid models that are either not very ticklish, or like it too much.

Tying someone up and tickling them--if they are genuinely ticklish, is harassment by definition. So no, he didn't harass her any more than she wanted to be harassed, it just appeared more severe because that's how the vid was shot. but that was the intention from the start--she knew what she was there for.

For the haraasement: the point is, Did she exactly know what he would have done to her? if yes, no harassement... if he said he would stopo, and then betrayed her, we anre on a border line... no matter if she get paid.

I think she really knows what was going on... maybe she didn't know HOW ticklish she was, but... it's her problem!
