I think maybe you typed the link wrong, the closest I found to what you posted was "backinb1a.txt". From what I can see it's not a full-fledged tickle story, but rather a bit of Buffy lesbian porn. I'm a little confused, actually. There's quite a bit about "F/F pairings", but some of it seems like general fan fiction. Of course, most of the links don't work, so it's hard to tell. Anyway, they're definitely not writings for our fetish.
The tickling that is contained in this particular story involves Dawn's character when she was still a minor, so I'm not about to post that here.
