Unfortunately, I have seen this movie before. Calling it bad is a COMPLIMENT! This movie was AWFUL! The name is Skeeter, about a giant mutant mosquito sucking people dry. Unfortunately, the scene is a hell of a lot shorter than that, someone made that clip repeat over and over. The only good part in it, trust me.
