Hi guys... and gals. I figured I would give some warning before it happens to someone else. I'm a single guy and tend to have more time on my hands than I need sometimes, so I sign up for various sites. I've signed up with tickletown, TC, femfeet, FMConcepts, Harmony, Close-UP, JasmineSinclair, frenchtickling, geez... I could go on and on. The sites I've signed up for I've probably spent close to $3,000 in the past year alone. Of course it's only money and so I don't mind. However, with all of those sites - I've never had a single problem. If a password issue arose or a billing error... they were more than helpful. However, I've signed up with ticklingparadise at least half a dozen times... and always had problems. These are some of the various issues I've had with the company:
- Billing errors (Double billing and such)
- Inability to view the site due to continuous maintenance
- Problems with passwords being changed without my consent only to find out through CCBill
Now each time I signed up with them and had a problem I typically didn't say anything and just let my membership run out hoping that in a few months they'd get their act together. However, this last time I couldn't access the site after having only been a member for a couple of weeks I sent an email to the support (which the only number I found was from my cached version of their member's page). This is what I was treated to when asking what had happened -
You cancelled your membership on June 8 and your account is inactive. Then in addition to that your user name came up as shared for the THIRD time.
We have a new software installed that flags and cancels any user name that is accessed by TEN or more different IP addresses in one hour and yours was!!
You will need to rejoin. Please do not share your user name with anyone. We appreciate your business and your honesty.

That's straight from the email. Now I'm not one to complain too much, but I don't appreciate the implications nor the way this was handled. I have never shared a password and I probably never will. Anyway, I said all this to let you know that if you sign up with the company you may get less than you bargained. Just trying to help out some of the people here who appreciate the fun side of things rather than the ruthless nature of some businesses.
