C.A.B.ified Classics ~ Miss Penelope Pitstop

[C.A.B.]

Liner Notes: One of the first damsels I was introduced to as budding fetishist, innocently munching on Saturday morning breakfast cereal, was Penelope Pitstop. She first appeared in Hanna-Barbera's Wacky Races cartoon in 1965. Later, in 1969, she was spun off into her own full-blown damsel-in-distress series, The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, which, much to my delight, was peppered with yummy bondage situations. Bless those fetishists at Hanna-Barbara, and the censors that looked the other way with a wink and a smile.

Her original foil, (and best archetypal villain in my humble opinion) was Dick Dastardly and his flunky dog, Muttley. *It always seemed to me ol' Dick would have won more races if he had performed a little preemptive coercion before the race, rather than suffering the Wile E. Coyote effect with ill-planned plots during the race. Here, we have a look see at how convincing a little bondage and tickle torture can be on the delicate proclivities of Miss. Pitstop. You're finally doing it right, Dick.

In the "Perils of" spin off, at one point she's fallen off a cliff, and is hanging on to a branch, sticking out of the side of said cliff with her feet (like Olive oil in the classic construction clip) for some reason she's barefoot also.

The villain dumps a load of itching powder onto her in that state. Hilarity ensues.

About as close as you got in the cannon.
