Did you know that caffeine is the widest used psychoactive drug in the world? It's true... caffeine is a drug, and an addictive one at that! So what's your poison? Coffee, soda, water? Yes, you can even drink caffeinated water these days. lol

Let's take it to the polls! 😱nline2long:

😛arty:

I am a preferrer of Pepsi Max, formerly Diet Pepsi Max. Why? It tastes pretty much just like regular Pepsi and doesn't have any fuckin' shugger.

I love me a good coffee when I'm in the mood for something hot. When I want cold? Pepsi: The Choice of a New Generation.

coffee's always good for waking up in the morning and on cold nights

and a Coke is just perfect after relaxing from a long day of whatever XP

Can't do caffeine... bad reaction to it... gives me blinding headaches.

A cup of coffee and a butchers knife and, well, I'm a party looking for a place to happen.

But, long before I realized what was giving me the headaches, I drank a lot of coffee and Tea. Coffee was OK and I liked it but Tea was more like a treat.

Any kind of soft drink (Coke, Pepsi, Big K, etc.) I'll take tea as a last resort. I don't go anywhere near coffee cuz it's just flat-out nasty. I've never even heard of caffeinated water B4. Flavored water, yes. But not caffeinated water.

I drink two cups of hot, strong and sugary tea...Kroger brand lol...it helps if i have a headache...i do not drink coffee...ack..i've always hated it..and i also drink diet 7-up.

I drink lots of coffee during the day, I kinda quit energy drinks after a couple of months in which I drank about 24 cans of that stuff a day (just 6 euro's, it's a lot cheaper than doing drugs) after which it kinda stopped working for me, but sometimes I buy some of it if I don't have the time to drink my daily need of caffeine.

I think I won't live till 40.

I usually go for the Dt. Mt. Dew or Dt. Pepsi. I'll drink regular, but I try to cut out the "shugar" as Jimmy put it with the diet choice. Monster is my choice of energry drink, and if I feel super crazy, I'll get a White Cherry / Orange Slush slurpee and put in a bottle of 5 hour energy with it.

Aspartame gives you nasty cancer when consumed in American sized soft drinks. 😛

Anybody 21 or younger is usually addicted to energy drinks like I am. they're horrible for you but keep you up

Whats up all?! been a long time since I last posted, but now I'm back!

Hmm... tea doesn't really have caffeine, but rather it's own thing. Don't know the exact name, my friend from med. college calls it teein (something like that, could be a wrong translation of the term).

Now, every student (19-26) in Croatia will tell you his weap... drink of choice out of those mentioned above: COFFEE!!!!

Tannins are compounds that occur in tea. Some teas have caffeine, usually about 50 mg. per cup, while brewed coffee has 100 mg.

Tea contains some caffeine, but it also has theobromine, which has a chemical structure similar to caffeine, but is less potent. I drink iced tea every morning at work to control my ADHD. Does not work for all, but it works for me.

Oh, it's that blessed, smoky, luxurious BEAN for me. I was begging for Mom's cold coffee dregs at the table when I was FOUR, man.

Some call it a "gateway" drug. Well, sure. You know, I've tried afew things in my time, I ain't gonna lie. But, while addictions and intoxicants may come and go, in the end, the dark, hot pleasure of a fresh-brewed cup of Joe is a constant for me.

I used to use coffee to wake-up. Then, later, just to function at all. Now, the lust for another cup is all that's keeping me ALIVE! But, without the coffee, I'd likely be dead already. I cannot imagine life without coffee.

No doubt my caffeine-fueled brethren and sisters have heard about this recent research data on a quaint little side-effect of too much caffeine.
:6:

Voted coffee but it's all of the above for me, except pop. Tough on the teeth, imo...

I'm a Mountain Dew Code Red junkie. I really shouldn't drink that stuff... but it's so good.

I don't drink it for the caffeine, though. If I really need a boost, I take an Excedrin- those things will really get you going. OwO
