I think foot tease is something one sees almost everywhere. In malls, while eating out, at offices, even on streets. Women for some reason just dont usually ever keep their shoes fully on their feet. I dont know whether or not it's because their shoes are uncomfortable, or whether they really like to tease. My friend Russ used to work in an office in CT, and there were mainly women sales reps, executives, and secretaries there. He once told me that during his 7 yrs working there, he probably viewed every girl in the office's feet either barefoot or through stockings, because they would always dangle their shoes, or slip them off and on, either under their desks, in meetings, at the coffee machine, etc. I visited his office a couple of times, and there were some beautiful women who worked there, but I dont recall seeing any shoe dangle during any of the times I was there. I just think shoe dangle is something women like to do as a tease to all us foot guys, this in addition to all their claims of how their shoes always hurt their feet.
