I don' know about everyone else here, but I like having tickling pictures as my wallpaper. Unfortunately, they do tend to stand out a bit. So this is my solution to the problem - camouflage.
Just take your favourite picture, stick it into photoshop, discolour it and warp it until only you can recognise it for what it once was, and then set it as your wallpaper. At a glance, it's just a mass of colour, but you know what's in there and where to look. 😉
How much you warp and discolour it is up to you. My example is fairly recognisable, but even if it wouldn't stand up to a good close look, it would be more than a match for a quick glance.
Just a thought I had. A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.
