A female 'knight' is known as a 'Dame'.
If her name's Jane Jones, she's addressed as 'Dame Jane' if the title has been awarded to her personally as an honour, (for instance if she's a famous actress like Dame Helen Mirren) and 'Lady Jones' instead of Mrs. Jones if her husband's the one with the knighthood.
In descending order, these are the English ranks of nobility, (female equivilants follow each in brackets):
Emperor, (Empress) King (Queen) Prince (Princess) Duke (Duchess) Marquess (Marchioness) Earl or Count (Countess) Viscount (Viscontess) Baron (Baroness) Baronet (Baronetess) and finally Knight (Dame)
I'm sure someone on the list will give you a ride, even if it's not on a white horse.
Looking forward to seeing you again.
