Can anyone get this to work

Hi Guys

I seem to have stumbled on what appears to be an old stag movie with a Tickling scene in it. The problem is although it downloads, Real Player says it needs new software to play it. However once said software is downloaded, it still dosen't work.

Any ideas ?

I was able to download it using MPEG1 (56.8M) and MPEG4 (14.2M). It's more amusing than erotic and the audio is a sound track from, I believe, Artie Shaw and his Orchestra.
