Can someone make this downloadable?

I've tried everything, and I just can't get it to work. T^T
It's the famed "Tyler Young Gets Tickled" clip (fff/f) from Veoh. If anyone has already gotten their mitts on it, or if they know of a way that doesn't involve
"cache" and other such things I can't wrap my feeble little head around, plz assist.

I was in the process of saving it when I noticed the little "Not for sharing or distribution on the internet or privately" notice at the end of the clip. We can't allow the sharing of what would appear to be a copywritten pay clip. Link clipped out. Apologies to ya, Relent; if I'd seen that notice earlier I'd not have had you pining for so long, but we can't be sharing what is asked not to share.
