You forgot about the constant usage of horns and the presence of some stupid Toronto drivers as well as...*gulp*...traffic. (Especially on the DVP and the Gardiner)

Using horns is polite I find. If someone really cuts me off: I horn them then flip em off. Works best with multiple people in the car doing the exact same thing...adds emphasis! 😀
