All you should need to do is pull up the CCBill page and click on unsubscribe/cancel my membership.

Ann is correct. All you have to do is go to HELP on the extreme tickling site towards the bottom and that will take you to the cancel options. You need to provide 2 out of 3 pieces of information. Your Credit card Number, E-mail address you signed up with, or your subscription number. That's it....very simple.
