Cant access my own details ?

For some reason I suddenly can't access my own details and am given the message below

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

However I can access other peoples details. I am not aware that I have infringed any rules lately, as I have been making minimal posts anyway. Obviously I am aware that for several years now I have been banned from using the Private Message function, due to answering a member in kind after she made an outrageous accusation about me. That however has not been a problem for me, as I didn't see the value in that function much anyway. However I don't seem to be able to check up on my own thread posts now within the forum in order to follow any new replies to a thread.


So is this a system error, or am I in breach of some rule again ?

Are you trying to view a specific post? It may have been moved to evaluation, and would produce this message.

No it is when I actually click on my own name, yet I can access posting details etc., when I click on other peoples ?

I see what the issue is. Your ability to send PM's was removed due to abuse of other members thru it by you. This is why you can no longer view the sections you speak of.

We have a zero tolerance policy for our PM system being used for harassing, and insulting other members. And use of it for such will cause it to be locked out on an account.

Thanks for getting back.

The fact is that facility was removed several years ago, due to a disagreement with a particular member who made a scurrilous accusation to me in a thread. However I accept that as moderator's you choose to do that.

The facility in question however that I am referring to (i.e access my own details, to follow any threads I may have posted on), was never removed way back then.

Therefore I ask YET AGAIN, have I done something recently to offend someone, to cause further restriction ?

Not that I am aware of. Though the template for restrictions was recently tightened. So I'll take a look there.
