Can't Get In Chatroom!!

The first time I tried to go to the chat room, a window popped up saying I needed to download software. I accidently clicked "never offer download again" or something to that effect. Now I want in. Is the chat room only open certain times, or am I missing vital software? Also, is the chat software a safe program to load onto a company owned computer? I just need technical answers, not ethical answers!!!😛

The chatroom is a java based application. So if you need to download anything, all you'll need to do is get the most recent java ap from the people who do your browser. Try thier homepage, I'm sure you'll find the download there.
