Well, first off make sure you are trying to enter the chat room through the chat room forum (listed below Tickling Discussion and General Discussion on the main forum page). If you try to access the chat room through either the link on the TMF home page, or the 'chat room' link on the left side of the main forum page, you won't find it. Those were for the old chat room, which no longer exists.
If you are accessing the chat room through the proper "Chat Room Forum", and still having problems, it could be your browser. Make sure to use either IE or Netscape. Browsers like "Opera" are completely incompatible with the chat room. Also make sure you have java enabled on your system.
