Can't upload attachments?

Hey all. I recently tried to upload some art, but clicking on "manage attachments" does nothing. Obviously, it used to work fine for me before, so I'm not sure what suddenly changed.
I'm using Chrome and have adblock turned off on these forums.

Anyone else had these problems? Any suggested solutions?
