Vicky Vixxx is a wanted criminal. She's hiding out in an apartment, waiting for her partner. Unfortunately, a female police offer shows up and Vicky needs to find out what the cop knows. Capturing her, she uses tickling to question the female officer. The poor woman is beside herself with laughter as she struggles against her bonds and the relentless tickling. When Vicky's partner arrives, she gets another surprise. He's double crossing her. He instructs her to give the cop some laughing gas and then makes Vicky give it to herself. Soon the female criminal and cop are helpless with laughter as everything is hysterically funny allowing Vicky's partner to escape them both.
