I prefer the original. 
I was at Walmart when my curiosity got the best of me......besides at $2.88, it wasn't going to cost me much to experiment.
Let's just say that although it wasn't bad, it's not good enough to do again. Regular milky way...good. Carmel apple milky way........not very exciting.

I kept imaginary choking on the imaginary popsicle stick handle......Real carmel apples are the bomb, I have always liked them better than candied apples. Get some of the packaged carmel dipping sauce and some soon to be in season apples and enjoy. I do really like the Milky Way with just chocolate and carmel.
