does anyone know of a cartoon that was on abot 7 to 10 years ago called walter mellom he was a cartoon guy that played diff rolls and he was in scenes that had him or people being tickled it was a spy or super hero typw cartoon and he had a dorky side kick if anyone can get the clips it would be great thanks kev again the cartoon is walter mellon or sir walter mellon thanks
