daiconV ... first of all, the tickler in the both scenes is Don Turtelli and his brother/cousin, who is never shown (atleast I don't remember so) is called Tony "the tickler" Turtelli.
That was revealed in one shot of a episode, where the mafia guys watch TV (where April is talking about the big diamond) The episode is The Great Boldini.

Since I am named after the tickler you seek, I know the actual thing. The other mafia tickler in the family (his father) was actually called "Tickler Tortelli". Hope that clears it up for you. And yes it was named in the Great Boldini episode.

the new turtles show kinda sucks. They made april some gothic chick and these keep making turtle jokes such as shell ya later.

I always loved one line in the "Great Boldini" episode when Turtelli asks Kaitlyn "Where do you want it, blondie? Under the arm? The soles of your feet?" I remember when they sold that tape at Burger King when I was a child. I wished then and still wish now that they just showed her soles being feathered for just a few seconds. 😛
