I would change all the cartoons with tickling scenes by making the feet the tickle targets in every one of them.

I would had liked to see Don Turtelli actually capture April, Vernon,Zach and Kaitland as well as remove their boots and shoes and socks. Also a lot more Kaitland tickling.
LimeOutsider, is that an anime representation of you?

I don't usually watch cartoons, Lime, but one day I was channel surfing and came across the episode I believe you're talking about! Some duck with a French accent was trying to rob the elderly couple that takes care of the dog, and he ties up the old lady, takes off her shoes, and tickles her feet with a feather while taunting her! She giggles quite a bit, too. A pretty good mainstream scene. 😎
