According to their web site, Fitness House Productions appears to be a bondage producer with two tickling-related videos.
In this video, Sheena Sands is an investigative reporter sent to investigate Sara Tomas, who is smuggling computer chips in shipments of pantyhose. Sheena goes to a warehouse where she finds Sara and Lance. While watching them, Sheena's cell phone rings alerting Sara and Lance to her presence. Sheena is then tied to a chair and left. While trying to get loose, Sheena removes her own shoes. Sara finds her and tickles her feet. Sheena responds as if it tickles, but it doesn't appear real. Sara then gets Lance to help her. They remove Sheena's skirt and blouse and hog-tie her before tickling her. Lance's method of tickling is kind of a frenzied grab, which you wouldn't expect to tickle even the most ticklish person. He also shows what an expert he is at tickling, saying things like "Wait Sara. You know what drives someone who's ticklish crazy, don't you? It's the anticipation. The anticipation as you get closer, and closer, ...". Yeah, right. After tickling Sheena for a while, she eventually reveals who her boss is. They then leave her alone.
In the next segment, Lance and Sara decide that Sara will be tied up in order to appear to have been robbed. While Sara is sitting alone, Sheena gets untied. There is plenty of grunting from Sheena as she struggles to get free. Sheena finds Sara and begins to tickle her feet as revenge. Sara's reaction is one of mild annoyance, with no indication that she is ticklish.

Here is a summary of my review, which is clearly subjective.
What I liked:
1) Interesting scenario. I like videos that have something resembling a plot and portray some kind of fantasy situation.
What I didn't like:
1) There is not much, if any, tickling! This is often, but not always, the case with companies that aren't really into tickling but instead just do a few tickling videos.
2) Even if there had been a lot of tickling, having Lance in the video would have ruined it.
