Lots of people have requested the clip where Hilary Duff her sister Hayley gets tickled. In the clip Hayley first gets feet tickled by a black guy and halfway the tickling Hilary jumps in and starts tickling too.
This is where the discussion starts. Hilary was under 18 years old at the time of the shooting and therefore this clip is officially marked as illegal. Although everybody agrees on the fact that no harm has been done to a minor in this clip, I think we should abide the law. Especially this regulation which aims at preventing jerks from abusing minors. And if that means that one or two harmsless clips are banned for us, in my opinion that is a sacrifice we should make for a good cause.
To allow everyone to get an idea about this nevertheless great clip, I created a smaller clip which excludes the actual tickling by Hilary. In my opinion the best part of the clip is the absolute sense of agony on the face of Hayley when the black guy starts tickling and that part is in this segment!
I hope with this post to please everyone who hasn't seen the clip yet. Please keep from further discussing this issue here, which has already been done into the extreme in other posts. I can assure you that your opinion doesn't add anything that has not already been posted about this topic.
