I saw a clip a few years ago that I can't seem to track down at all. It had a girl tied to a chair but the chair was turned on its back and the 'ler was on her knees tickling the 'lees feet, I believe. For the life of me I can't remember who made it or even where I saw it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
