It's a great, great scene, a classic. It's been posted here before, a long time ago, but here it is again, never gets old!:

But that's not all! Shirley McClaine herself is ticklish! That was no acting!

In her own autobiography, she recounts a tickle attack from her Russian boyfriend that was so vicious and so vivid so as to remember to include it in her book years later. Amazing. Here's what she herself wrote (thanks to TMF Jeff who first uncovered this!). It starts with her in bed with the Russian, and she teases him in some way, using the word macho. Shirley continues the tale:

"I am not macho, I am Russian," he answered, tickling me in the ribs. I pulled his hair - an off limits indiscretion, as I was fully aware.

He sat bolt upright on the bed, a grin of pure joy announcing his intentions.

"Now," he said, mock grim, "Now you will have big troubles."

With no more dialogue he proceeded to tickle me unmercifully. I laughed and screamed and laughed and screamed. At last, thoroughly frazzled, I fell off the bed and called for a truce. Flushed with playful power, Vassy affected a stern look of mock agreement and released me from his bearlike grasp. We crawled under the covers, curled up together, and hibernated for the night.

It had to have sounded a lot like this great scene from "Change Of Seasons". She obviously is AMAZING to tickle. 😉

There's an additional part to that scene (the game he's referring to in the clip) where he makes her try to hold her arms up while he brings his hands closer and she cannot handle it. It's fun because I think you can tell she genuinely can't do it, and the eye contact between them looks very real, where she's like "You've got to be kidding me."

Also of interest is the fact that she's a giggly wreck before she's supposed to know what he's up to - her character doesn't know she's about to get tickled, only Shirley knows that. But she can't make herself act like she doesn't know.
