Changing my profile pic.

I'm trying to change my profile pic, since it's just showing up as random garbage, but I can't find how to change it anywhere. Some help?

You mean the one that's showing up as a detective with some kind of metal claw?

You go to your user control panel as marked in picture one. You then click edit profile picture as marked in picture two. Then you will see that screen as seen in pic three.

That's the thing, I tried to access it but it wasn't there. I tried typing in the URL manually, but it said I don't have permission to do that. Why? Does anyone know?

Are you sure it was under the maximum size limit? "The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 200 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller)."
