TMF Nicknames and Chats

Just wanted to pose a question to the group:

Some of us have started their nicknames at the chats with "TMF_(whatever)" so that the rest of us could identify them as TMF members.

My question is: Do you think that tips moderators off and makes it less likely for our questions to be asked? Or am I just being paranoid (to quote my girlfriend, who is reading TMF with me today)??
