Chat Room issues

Hi,

So I have been trying to get into the Chat Room......but for some reason when I click on "enter chat room" it brings me to a page that shows all the users inside the room..............but not chat window pops up!

I have gone through the troubleshooting and read all the info and now I am here.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong, Im sure its something completely moronic......but I thought I would swallow my pride and just ask.

Can someone PLEASE help me! I wanna chat! lol

Have you allowed the room to have time to load? I've noticed that the room itself can take a very large amount of time to finish loading, sometimes minutes from when the chat window first appears.

Yes Ive waited as long as 10 minutes before......no luck. IE does say the page has "errors" on it.

Would it help to post a screen shot pic of the errors listed?

You use IE, yes? Have you attempted to use a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome?

I assume here that you have a recent version of Java installed. Do you know how to verify your Java version? If not, I can explain how.

Thank you! It was a java issue....I just needed a more recent version! I got in!
