i keep getting an erro message that a "id" can't be found when trying to connect. Help Please!

Unfortunately the Digichat folks aren't easy to get on weekends (if we can get them at all). It may not be until Monday until they get back.

Help ticket has been in since Friday night. Odds are we'll see results by late Sunday, early Monday.
