Every time I try to enter the chatroom, I get a message that Internet Explorer has experienced a problem and has to close. Has anyone had that happen, and is there a solution?

Chatroom bumps me out of Internet Explorer

If you have an older version of Adobe Flash Player you may have issues with the new chatroom. Look to the About Flash page at Adobe's website; does the version it says you have match the most recent version? (listed in a table towards the bottom of the page) If not, you might need to update.
