Many years ago, around 1984-85, I started a group of ticklers called CTA, which stands for Chicagoland Ticklers Anonymous. There were a handful of guys who met in my apartment to share stories, tickle materials, experiences, etc. DVNC, in his chronicles of tickle groups and gatherings, credits this as being the very first tickle group/gatherings. Later, after the NEST gatherings grew in popularity, I renamed the group CHEST.
However, for various reasons, I have decided to change the name of the group back to its original name, CTA which stands for “Chicagoland Ticklers Anonymous.”
