ChristyL Is Having Severe Forum Problems

Hi,

ChristyL contacted me in chat and is having some rather severe problems with the forum. The symptoms are as follows:

1) Seems to be stuck on the date 9/1/08 and cant see any of the forum posts after that date.

2) Posts do not seem to update.

3) She can not send or receive PMs.

4) When she tries to send a PM she gets the message "Security Token Invalid".

5) She can not post on the forum either.

I will relay any messages to her via email. Thanks for your help.

She sounds like she is stuck in a very old cache of the forum. Does she access the internet through AOL? If not (or even if), what browser does she use?

I am not sure what browser she uses I will email her your question and get back to you when she replies. My first thoughts were perhaps the browser she uses has been corrupted somehow but I am by no means an expert at these things.
