Senator Glass has been breathing down their necks for weeks about being prepared for the hearing with Mr. Control. And today of all days, she's delayed and can't make it. Fother Mucker! Sergeant Hazel must make the presentation in the senator's stead. This puts a huge grin in Sergeant Dare's heart. She hatches a plan of payback for the homification moves the Sergeant Hazel put on her (see Parts 1 & 2).
Seeking to show superiority, Sergeant Hazel makes Sergeant Dare stand behind and to her left before the hearing starts. Once the hearing starts, Dare makes her move and crawls down under Hazel's desk. Since tickling was Hazel's preferred way to dominate her and make her question her sexual identity, tickling would be perfect for making her look like an ass in the hearing and undermine her standing with Senator Glass. So during the entire hearing, Dare tickles Hazel's feet, even going as far as to remove her shoes and tape her feet to the chair legs. Hazel's performance at the hearing was so compromised that Mr. Control worried that there was <b>"a hot poker in the chair". Dare's plan was so well thought out that she videotaped the whole "under the desk tickling" as a means of blackmailing Hazel into a much more serious compromise (See Part 5).
