Clip with puppet clown

There was some clips I saw on youtube. They were in color but with a yellow/orangish to it. Some were caled dee's feet something... One among them was called "Memo Francais" The clip was made silent with dubbed voice from a translator like the "google translate" voice. Two clown were tickling the feet of someone voice was in french and subtiles in english. Most other clips were also produced with a voice over but in english.
