clips4sale ordering problem?

Hi All,

Has anyone else been having problems ordering from clips4sale this past week? I keep getting my card rejected, but not all the time, just most of the time. I've tried with two different visa cards; one gets rejected by several stores then is accepted by another, and then the store that accepted it doesn't the next time. I don't think my cards have been banned or they just wouldn't be accepted at all (and there is no reason that they should have been!).

Not heard back from their Info or Support email addresses, so I'm at a bit of a loss; can anyone shed any light on this?

Not sure. Sometimes If you download four or more clips one by one in a row your bank will halt transactions to the site for 24hrs. That happened to me many times last year when I first found the site. Also If you download a clip and for whatever reason you want to load it again ,say a month latter for some reason, it may get rejected. Has to do with the account and passwords and such. Hope that helps a bit.

Thanks for that, but I don't think this is the problem I'm having. It seems to be specific stores that won't take my cards. Can't think why this should be, as presumably they all get processed through the same system. Its just unfortunate that the stores I really want to buy from won't work for me at the moment, but at least I'm saving lots of money (which is a shame for the store owners).

Is no one else having the same problem?
