I thought I would start a new thread to see if anyone wanted to talk about their clothing style, current or past.

I know some people have for sure had some interesting styles!

I have never really stuck to any style.

I have always been a fairly nice dresser, but not slacks and ties.

More like khakis and ribbed t-shirts.

But I'll wear mostly anything.

And yes, I can match my clothing colors and styles (pretty-well at least!)

I wear mostly the punkish shit I can find at second hand clothes shops. Long shorts, my 'World Domination Tastes Better With Coke' tshirt, that kinda thing. I'm collecting corporate shirts as well, I've got a couple of bank ones and a mcdonalds polo shirt. Mostly wear polos. When I've gotta look vaguely respectable, I've got decent Airwalk long pants and a couple of good shirts, but mostly I go the second hand punk shite.

I've never been one to follow styles. If it's comfy, I'll wear it. If it's not, I won't. Other than that...! Actually, you'll most often find me in jeans and a shirt of some sort...and either barefoot or my Birks until the weather gets cold. I HATE wearing dresses, skirts, stockings and heels....and absolutely won't wear the latter two. If I could have worn white jeans and a white blouse for our wedding, I probably would have!

I've run the range of styles I must admit!

When I was in high school and college, I was "goth" but we called it the "dark skater look" back then. I had purple hair and all black clothes, combat boots and long skirts. I was so pretty! 😉 Then I joined the professional world and had most of my clothes tailored for me. I was the "girl in the suit" as my best friends labeled me.

THEN...I kinda grooved into where I am now. A look refined over the last year. *lol* I have two looks. One for work and one for going out. My 'going out' clothes are generally a play on the theme of suits, mostly in dark earthtones. A jacket and pallazzo pants with heels. ((Miss Shoe Fetish Girl here who lovesssss her heels))...that kind of thing. But, the look I tend to live in most of the time...is a pair of jeans with the bottom cuff ripped off so it's shaggy. A cotton shirt that is usually white and brown leather shoes or barefeet. Did I mention that I've always got paint on my body or clothes somewhere? LOL I work from home and usually spend about 4 hours a day painting, so I never seen to totally rid myself of it. It's like an earring or necklace nowadays! ACCESSORIES! LOL It's a fun game to find that elusive speck. It's kinda like Where's Waldo! 😀 Just picture the sterotypical artist - crazy clothes wild curly hair, etc... and you pretty much have me. I'm not sure if it's good or not! LOL
