Cold.. Then. Maybe A Big Snow Storm..

Most of us in the East are probably feeling the bitter cold and wind this morning. The high here in NY on my bday tomorrow is supposed to be a balmy .. 22.

After the cold blast.. it looks likely according to the forecasters.. 70% chance according to weather.com, that the East may be in for a snowstorm on Friday. WPVI in Philly, along with weather,com, say a major event might be coming. The weather.com forecast for NYC states. "Potential for Significant Snow Accumulation".

So far, the East has been spared this winter. This doesnt look to be the case this week.

Right now its 16 here with high winds.

The latest forecast seems to take the storm to the south of here, but three days out, I know that can change,.

Right now its a balmy 19 with high winds. The wind chill is 0. I went out yesterday for a few mins to food shop, otherwise have been home since Monday.

They are saying up to 2 inches of snow tomorrow into tomorrow night.

I'm hopeful it gets warmer by Sat. This is too cold. Next week they are saying 40s and 50s. That will feel downright summerlike lol.

I'm in Ohio and the weather here is seriously bi-polar!

We had a few inches of snow a couple of days ago and then yesterday it was a nice, warm 60degree day!
