Colorado???

It seems like it's really hard to get this Colorado thing going.... Denver people? come on now... I'm Lit, I'm Enthusiastic, I'm hopeful... don't let me down now... who wants to get together and have some fun... we'll start with a munch, then a gathering maybe... who knows... all Colorado lers/lees, please, I beg you, respond to this thread, lol.

Hi, Frowg. We know each other. We've met before. I would definitely come to a munch if I'm in town and assuming no work emergency. I might be able to bring that girl that you met 6 or 8 months (or more ago). I don't see her as much, but still do once in a while. My suggestion would be that a Saturday afternoon would be the best time.

Usually FROWG organizes these meetings but I'm not sure what he's doing these days. I've met him a couple of times at this pub on Broadway a little South of downtown. Probably a good idea to meet somewhere centrally located like that. The other thing is that people have to commit (and show up) at whatever place and time is agreed to. My personal suggestion is a Saturday afternoon, say, about 2 or 3PM so that it doesn't interfere with Saturday night.

Any thoughts?

So... Gigglemaker and I had a great time at lunch... kind of disappointed that nobody else showed up though. Is there a better time/place for a meeting? I'm curious...

Yes. FROWG and I met up again on July 6 at SOBO 151. It looked like there would be about a half-dozen others who were coming, but nobody else showed up. Guys; we have to have a better turn-out to exchange ideas and figure out ways to make the scene here in Denver more active. I know it will start out as all guys, but NEST in Philadelphia started out the same way and developed into annual parties with over a hundred people of both sexes. We won't get that here, but we WILL develop some gettogethers here with your help. Just 2 of us can't do it alone.
