Hey! My name is Frank, and I'll be visiting the NY/NJ area for about a month from mid Dec to Jan. I'm a Jersey boy, but I go to school out west, and I have very few tickle friends in my home state or near it. I'm a 6'2, pretty athletic, easygoing guy, and I'm really really ticklish lol.
